Romman is a tennis professional and former competitive player whose experience spans three continents. He began playing tennis at the age of five and went on to compete nationally at the U16 level in Pakistan. He was later selected to participate in trials for the Pakistan Davis Cup team. Although an international move interrupted that pursuit, the experience strengthened his competitive drive, and he continued his development in Dubai, where he became the top player on his school team.
After earning a degree in International Business in the United States, Romman returned to tennis professionally while pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Management. At Centercourt Academy in New Jersey, he led high-energy Red Ball and Orange Ball performance programs, focusing on technical development, biomechanics, mental performance, and competitive readiness.
Romman is known for his strong interpersonal skills and individualized approach to coaching. He takes the time to understand each player’s needs, strengths, and learning style, adapting his methodology to maximize development and performance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes building strong fundamentals, developing confident and resilient competitors, and introducing young athletes to meaningful competition from an early age.
