Seasonal Captain Responsibilities

Seasonal court time registration must be managed by a single Seasonal Captain.
The Seasonal Captain’s account will be used for all invoices, including deposits and payments related to the seasonal court time request(s).
The Seasonal Captain is responsible for ensuring all players submit TIA’s General Waiver in order to participate in seasonal court time. Players will be added to our system and become eligible for the discounted Academy Court Rate ($70/hour) when booking court time at TIA from September through Memorial Day.
The Seasonal Captain is also responsible for coordinating all player shares and payments.

Please note: the Seasonal Captain does not need to complete the waiver personally.

TIA General Waiver

Payments & Deadlines

Seasonal Captains have two ways to make payments:

Seasonal Captains can pay TIA directly for their group, or
Seasonal Captains can direct their players to make payments on their captain account by calling TIA and providing credit cards or submitting checks.

Renewal Deadlines: All deposits must be paid in full to the Seasonal Captains account by March 15 to secure the desired seasonal court time.
Final Payment: The full balance of the seasonal court time contract is due September 5.
Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable only in the following scale, and are based on the Academy program start date for the respective enrollment:
- 90 days before the start date: 70% of deposit refunded;
- 60 days, 50% of deposit refunded;
- 30 days, 30% of deposit refunded;
- 29 days or fewer, 0% of deposit is refunded.

With the exception of the Seasonal Captain, all seasonal court-time players must sign TIA’s General Waiver. In addition to fulfilling this requirement, signing the waiver ensures eligibility for the discounted Academy Court Rate ($70/hour) when booking court time at TIA from September through Memorial Day.
