Tennis Innovators Academy provides two premium court surfaces: Har-Tru courts at our White Plains location and, starting Fall 2025, US Open Decoturf courts at TIA New Rochelle, enhancing player versatility.

- All seasonal court time contracts must be handled by one Seasonal Captain.
- Seasonal Captain accounts will be used to invoice for all deposits and payments associated with the seasonal court time request(s).
- Seasonal Captains are responsible to have all their players submit a “TIA General Waiver” to participate in the seasonal court time.
- Seasonal Captains are responsible for all player shares and payments.
- Seasonal Captains have the responsibility of making sure that all players sign the seasonal waiver. By signing the waiver, players will be added to our system and will be eligible for the discounted Academy Court Rate of $60 per hour when booking indoor court time at TIA. It is important to note that the seasonal captain does not need to personally complete the waiver.
Seasonal Captains have two ways to make payments:
- Seasonal Captains can pay TIA directly for their group, or
- Seasonal Captains can direct their players to make payments on their captain account by calling TIA and providing credit cards or submitting checks.
- Renewal Deadlines: All deposits must be paid in full to the Seasonal Captains account by March 15 to secure the desired seasonal court time.
- Final Payment: The full balance of the seasonal court time contract is due September 5.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable only in the following scale, and are based on the Academy program start date for the respective enrollment:
- 90 days before the start date: 70% of deposit refunded;
- 60 days, 50% of deposit refunded;
- 30 days, 30% of deposit refunded;
- 29 days or fewer, 0% of deposit is refunded.
All court time seasonal players must sign TIA’s waiver. In addition to signing the waiver, this will ensure players receive the discounted Academy Court Rate ($55/hr) when they book indoor court time at TIA.
