Objectives & Key Results

COACH REI PELUSHI: DIRECTOR OF MENTAL STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE

Goal-Setting Formula:
I will (Objective) as measured by (Key Results).

Objectives are clear, memorable descriptions of what you want to achieve. They should be short, inspirational, and motivating—designed to challenge both individuals and the team.

Key Results are measurable outcomes that track progress toward the Objective. Each Objective should include 2–5 Key Results that clearly indicate whether you are moving in the right direction.

Guidelines

  • Review progress weekly.

  • Goals can be personal or team-based.

  • Include both short-term and longer-term goals (ideally no longer than six months).

“We set ourselves goals we know we can’t reach yet, because we know that by stretching to meet them we can get further than we expected.” -Larry Page, Co-founder of Google
