Speed, agility, and endurance are vital components of tennis. Mastering these elements requires proper anaerobic fitness, strength training, and flexibility. TIA offers two fitness options to help players achieve their goals. Firstly, on-court agility training is available at TIA. Secondly, for strength and nutritional development, TIA has partnered with Total Form Fitness in White Plains.
