Coach Phil, owner and head coach of North End Fitness & Training, brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sciences from Gettysburg College. Known for his high standards of professionalism, Coach Phil leads by example and personally trains and mentors the coaching staff at North End Fitness to ensure consistent, results-driven programming.
Based in New Rochelle, Coach Phil lives with his wife, three children, and their dog, Apollo. His approach blends science-based training with real-world athletic demands—making his programs an ideal complement to competitive tennis training.
