With the TIA Online Portal, you can easily manage your account profile and payments, register for classes and programs, view upcoming appointments, schedule make-ups, and more—all in one convenient place!

- Already Have An Account? Click here to access your portal and sign in with your email and password.
- First-Time Users: Please email Anna@tiacademies to receive your credentials to login.
You can register for all levels of programming—including group classes, private coaching, and seasonal court time—through this module. Use the filters in the ‘Program Options’ section to easily narrow your search.
Once logged into your account:
- Select ‘View & Cancel Schedule‘ from the ‘Account Activity‘ drop-down menu.
- From this screen, you can view your schedule and click on any appointments you’d like to cancel.
You can cancel the following appointment types:
- Group classes (adult and junior)
- Private lessons*
*Note: To reschedule a private or semi-private lesson, please contact the front desk at 914.428.2444. All scheduling for these lessons is managed exclusively through the front desk.
This module allows you to schedule a group appointment at either the New Rochelle or White Plains location if you have:
- Available make-ups
- Shares in a program
- Drop-In enrollment
In order for you to schedule group classes, you need to have available hours as noted below.
TIA offers a variety of group programs each session (fall, winter, spring, summer). When enrolled players can’t attend their regular class, we offer “shares” or “drop-in” spots for non-enrolled players.
Drop-in classes feature drills, singles & doubles strategies, and live-ball point play. If you can’t commit to a full session, this is a flexible way to stay on track with your tennis goals.
Once you’ve logged into your client portal,
- Select ‘Programs & Services‘ → ‘Shares & Drop-In Registration‘ to purchase your spot(s).
- Once purchased, go to ‘Account Activity‘ → ‘Schedule Classes‘ to book.
Through this module, you can view your family’s account activity and conveniently pay your balance online.
