BEKHZOD RASAMATOV

ACADEMY COACH INTERN

Rasamatov is originally from Tushkent, Uzbekistan. He reached ITF World Junior Ranking of No. 145 and was a top-ranked junior player in Uzbekistan. Rasamatov won four ITF singles titles and three ITF doubles finals. As a junior he was the No. 1 ranked player in U-14 in Asia. He’s currently a sophomore at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and majoring in Exercise Science. TIA is excited to add Rasamatov to our summer pro staff!

2020-21 (Freshman):

• Member of CAA championship team and NCAA participant
• Named CAA Co-Rookie of the Year
• Went 11-5 in singles and 9-4 in doubles in first season with team
• Played five of six positions in singles
• Played No. 2 and No. 3 doubles
