NIKITA TATYANIN

SENIOR TENNIS PROFESSIONAL

Nikita was born in Moscow, Russia, and began competing in junior tournaments across Europe at a young age, quickly emerging as one of the top junior players. At age 11, he moved to Barcelona, Spain, to train at elite academies including the Rafa Nadal Academy and Sánchez-Casal, where he gained valuable experience and international exposure.

His dedication and strong results led him to compete on the ITF Pro Circuit, reaching a career-high ranking of 1580. This experience opened the door to collegiate tennis in the United States, where he played a pivotal role in helping his team reach the NCAA Division II national semifinals for the first time in program history—all while earning his bachelor’s degree.

After concluding his playing career, Nikita transitioned into coaching and led an NAIA team to its first-ever national championship. During this time, he also completed his master’s degree, balancing the dual responsibilities of academics and coaching.

With a background as both a high-level player and accomplished coach, Nikita brings a comprehensive understanding of athlete development on and off the court. Fluent in four languages, he builds strong connections with players from diverse backgrounds and delivers a global, inclusive approach to coaching.
